# Eisenhower Matrix for Todoist > Eisenhower Matrix for Todoist (https://eisenhowertodoist.com/) is an independent web app that connects to a Todoist account through Todoist's OAuth and shows the user's existing Todoist tasks in the four Eisenhower Matrix quadrants: Do First (urgent and important), Schedule (important, not urgent), Delegate (urgent, not important) and Backlog (neither). Each task's quadrant is saved in Todoist as an ordinary label (`do`, `schedule`, `delegate`, `backlog`), so nothing is imported or duplicated. On top of the matrix it adds a morning daily review, a Today's focus list of up to three tasks, a Single Task Focus mode with a Pomodoro cycle and ambient sounds, and focus statistics. It is listed in Todoist's integrations directory but is not made by, affiliated with, or supported by Todoist. **Who it is for:** people who already keep their tasks in Todoist and want to see them by urgency and importance, plan each day in a few minutes, and work on one task at a time, often from the keyboard. **Not for:** people who don't use Todoist (the app has no task list of its own); people who need offline use (tasks are read from and saved to Todoist live); people who want a native App Store or Google Play app (it is a web app); people looking for AI that decides priorities (sorting is the user's choice; the optional Auto-prioritize and the daily review's suggestions follow plain date and priority rules). **Key facts:** - Pricing: 7-day free trial with full access and no credit card; then $4.99 per month (cancel any time) or $19.90 once for lifetime access. Payments through Gumroad. No free plan after the trial. - Platform: web app for desktop and mobile browsers; can be added to the home screen; needs an internet connection. Interface in English. - Views: Clean (default, keyboard-first) and Classic (four-card grid); `V` switches. - Todoist data: reads active tasks, projects, labels, saved filters and task comments; writes only the changes the user makes (quadrant labels, completing and reopening, renaming, dates and deadlines, new tasks, comments and focus notes), plus the Do First label if the user turns on Auto-prioritize. Requests go through the app's server; the Todoist password is never seen. - Filters: project, label, priority (P1–P4), due date, hide subtasks, saved presets, and the user's saved Todoist filters (read-only). - Pomodoro presets: Classic 25/5/15, Deep 50/10/20, Light 15/3/10 minutes, or custom (focus 5–120, short break 1–30, long break 5–60, 2–6 rounds per set). - Account deletion: account menu › Delete Account removes everything the app stores; Todoist tasks are untouched. - Todoist integrations directory listing: https://www.todoist.com/integrations/apps/eisenhower-matrix - Contact: ylondonba@gmail.com ## Guides - [What is the Eisenhower Matrix?](https://eisenhowertodoist.com/eisenhower-matrix/): The four quadrants with examples, how to tell urgent from important, a 30-second decision checklist, worked examples, a daily routine, common mistakes, and how the app puts the matrix on top of Todoist. - [How to use the Eisenhower Matrix with Todoist](https://eisenhowertodoist.com/todoist-eisenhower-matrix/): Step by step: connect Todoist, how quadrants map to Todoist labels, sorting tasks, the daily review, Today's focus, Single Task Focus and the Pomodoro cycle, weekly pruning, and what changes in Todoist. - [Eisenhower Matrisi nedir, Todoist ile nasıl kullanılır?
