How Eisenhower Matrix for Todoist handles your information.

## Your data

We only use the information needed to run the app, such as your email address and the Todoist access you approve. Your tasks stay in Todoist. We never see your Todoist password or your card details, and we do not sell your data.

## AI suggestions

AI category suggestions are off until you turn on “AI quadrant suggestions”. When you then ask for suggestions, the titles, due dates, priorities, project names and labels of the tasks you are sorting, plus the titles of some tasks you sorted earlier and of suggestions you corrected, are sent to Anthropic, an AI provider, to suggest a quadrant for each. Notes and comments are never sent. Your corrections are kept only in your browser. We store nothing about your tasks, only how many times you used suggestions and whether each suggestion was accepted, changed or skipped. You can turn this off at any time in Settings.

## How you use the app

We record which features you use (for example: opened Focus, connected Todoist, started a checkout) and where you came from (such as a campaign link or the referring site) to improve the app, and how long the app is open and in use (a number of seconds). Never your task content: no task titles, notes, project names or labels. These records are deleted after 90 days.

## Cookies

The app uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your settings.

## Deleting your data

You can delete your account and its data at any time from the account menu in the app. You can also disconnect the app in your Todoist settings, under Integrations.
